When you become a Peer 2 Peer Member, you’ll gain direct access to a powerful and growing business community where monthly Board meetings provide a confidential platform to discuss ideas, share problems and challenge each other’s way of thinking.
We take our mission of nurturing the growth and success of ambitious individuals very seriously, and in return, all our Members are committed to working hard and taking responsibility to implement what they learn in their own lives.
Our Boards are once a month and made up of 12-20 non-competing local business leaders. The Boards are hosted at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues hand-picked by our team to facilitate maximum output. Each meeting lasts half a day, typically from morning coffee to lunchtime, and is broadly divided into three 50-minute sessions:
- Round The Table: Welcome, introductions and monthly reviews
- Upskilling Workshop: Working through carefully devised workbooks to help accelerate business growth
- Hot Topic: Resolve a Member’s issue or assess an opportunity
- Many Members stay on after the session to continue their experience with other Members
There is an optional ‘Non-Exec on Demand’ provision for Members who have critical key issues to address. These are arranged in advance and typically conducted after the Boards, in the afternoon.
Each Board meeting is guided by a Chair, a highly successful business leader with a wealth of knowledge and skill to help provide Members with clarity, focus and purpose. As a Peer 2 Peer Member, you’ll also be able to take advantage of their invaluable advice gained throughout their impressive career.
While the primary purpose of our Board meetings is to help Members grow their business, it’s also about learning to grow as a person; to instil confidence, innovation and a fresh perspective that you can take away to not only benefit your professional life, but your personal one as well.
